Dove House Counselling Service offers a professional counselling service for people seeking help to resolve problems of a personal nature within a confidential environment. Both short and long term counselling is offered for individuals on a one to one basis.
All counsellors work for Dove House in a voluntary capacity and all are qualified counsellors or in supervised training on accredited courses.
The majority of counsellors are Christian; others come from a range of different faith backgrounds or none, in sympathy with the ethos of Dove House. Counselling will be offered in an accepting, loving and trusting atmosphere.
The usual donation towards counselling is £25 per session. However, Dove House offers a sliding scale according to individual means. We aim to make counselling affordable to all. If you would like any further information or help, please contact us. Your enquiry will be treated in confidence.
